When can we come see the venue?

A

Belle Meade Plantation is open 7 days a week 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (CST). Information is always available at the visitor center for folks to pick up and look around on their own or you can schedule a site visit with the Director of Events.

Do you have any required vendors?

A

We do have required vendors for lighting, valet parking & heaters.  You get to choose all other vendors!

Do you have estimates on what these vendors charge?

A

Yes, we do. The pricing is based on guest count or needs usually. Just ask.

How much is due when I book an event at Belle Meade Plantation?

A

½ of the facility fee + $500 refundable security deposit + signed contract = booked date

Tell me how the timing for the day of my event will go.

A

 

  1. Set up of all of the equipment we include is complete by the time you arrive.
  2. You and all of your vendors/ family arrive at 3:00p.m.
  3. Set up of the event by your selected vendors will take place from 3:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m. or so.
  4. Your event begins any time after 5:30 p.m.
  5. Then you party until 11:00 p.m.
  6. After 11:00p.m. is when the breakdown of your event will occur.

What could my guests do during cocktail hour?

A

We have a brand new cocktail gaming area that includes bocce, corn hole, croquette, horse shoes and a built in bar.  It is connected to our Stable Hall carriage exhibit as well for folks to learn a little history if that is more up their alley. This gaming area is included in your rental fee. Or you could arrange for your guests to enjoy our gift shop, winery and mansion tours.  Additional fees apply for the gift shop, winery and mansion tours.

Is there an option to add on more time?

A

There is an option to add on an 8:00a.m. load in time for your event if you would like.  Extra charges apply.

Is there an option to have a tented event?

A

There is an option to add on a tent to your event to our Carriage House package.  It requires and 8:00a.m. load in time so that your vendors have plenty of time to set up this additional space for you.  Extra charges apply.
