Outdoor Sanctuary: The Boxwood Garden, with built in stone bench seating for up to 200 guests, is available from April through October for wedding ceremonies.
What’s Included at Our Wedding Venue
Belle Meade Plantation
- Boxwood Garden: The Boxwood Garden is available April through
October for wedding ceremonies.
- Tent: The tent with solid floor is available April through October for
wedding ceremonies in case of inclement weather
- Carriage House: The Carriage House is available year round for
receptions and is also an option for indoor ceremony/ reception
- Reception Tables & Chairs: Reception tables, cocktail tables,
and chairs are provided for up to 200 guests with set up and tear
- Cocktail Time Activities: Our outdoor game court includes bocce ball,
horseshoes, corn hole, putting green and croquet during cocktail time.
- Photo Session: Couples who are getting married at our venue and
their photographers may schedule time on the grounds for a photo
session prior to the wedding.
- Rental Time: Rental time is 3:00p.m.-11:00p.m. with events starting
- Climate Controlled Venue: The Carriage House interior spaces are
climate controlled & tent walls are provided on the Carriage House
during the colder weather months to allow for indoor comfort year round.
- Access for Planning: Year round complimentary access to our grounds
is included for planning with your wedding vendors.
- Rehearsal Time: A one-hour ceremony rehearsal can be arranged
during the day prior to your wedding.
- Restrooms: Plenty of quality restroom facilities for guests in the
- Bridal Suite/Green Room: A newly renovated dressing room is
provided for the wedding party and/ or band members.
- Event Venue Supervisor: Our experienced onsite Event Venue
Supervisor will be present throughout your entire wedding day.
- Central Location: Belle Meade Plantation is conveniently located
within 3 miles of hotels and 7 miles of downtown Nashville, Tennessee–
excellent for Uber or Lyft rides!
- Choose your own vendors: Clients can choose their own caterer,
florist, photographer, musicians, baker, etc. according to their set budget.
We are also happy to assist you with suggestions!
- Grand Entrance: The grand entrance into our extensive 30-acre estate
creates a peaceful and scenic beginning to your event.
- Parking: Complimentary on-site parking is open for your guests
if they choose to drive.
